We feel we are not welcome on the hotel. The staff keeps on asking if we are going to check out.
Everytime we go out the staff will ask where we will go or if we will check out.Customers needs privacy. Seems theres no coordination between booking.com and Mahal Kita Driva Inn. We booked for room good for 3 persons.but the hotel staff charge us for extra pax. We paid 4600.. For 2 nights..booked for feb.4-6. 2 nights. But the staff said last feb.5 that we already consumed our 2 nights. We need to pay again for our stay until feb.6.. So hassle in our part. We need to explain a lot on the hotel staff just for them to understand that we booked for 2 nights. Not for 1 nights.They keeps on blaming us. Telling that hindi kame dapat nagbook sa booking.com.
